Alex Severyn

CEO

Alex leads acquisitions for AEGP and has negotiated over 400 real estate transactions. With a BS in Business Entrepreneurship from Canisius College, Alex focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and market expansion.

William Severyn

Co-Founder, Development

William oversees all aspects of land development and construction, including municipal approvals and site engineering. A graduate of Canisius College with a BS in Business Entrepreneurship and Finance, William ensures project quality and investor value.

Charles Mendolera

CEO, Construction Advantage

Charles manages all post-acquisition construction and property management activities. With over 300 completed renovations, he brings extensive experience in both residential and commercial development.

Dillon Warzala

CFO

As the CFO of AEGP, Dillon oversees financial strategy, compliance and reporting. He holds a BS in Finance from the University of Florida and an MBA with concentration in Accounting from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
